  • Orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays
  • All Shoes orders ship within 10-15 business days.
NOTE:  FB Label Shoes are handmade by a certified master Italian craftsman in Italy, on demand.. Please be patient as it may take longer than usual for your shoes to ship and arrive to its destination.

  • Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/Confirmation of order shipment.
  • SALE PERIODS - PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS PROCESS DUE TO HIGH VOLUMES.
  • We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is collected at check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Does FB Label accepts returns and exchanges?

Yes, only exchanges. Please read the description and measurements carefully BEFORE purchasing, we do not accept returns.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE. 
  • EXCHANGES TAKE 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES ( RETURN AND BACK ), 
  • Only ONE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE IS ALLOWED.
All orders are provided with a return form; Frann wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we’re here to help you get your order correct!
    • Items must leave customer’s hands within 7 days of receiving to action for exchange.
    • Items marked as "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for exchange. No Exceptions.
    • Only Full priced items are eligible for exchange.
    • We do not reimburse for exchange shipping.
    • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging including FBL tags, and garment bag. We can legally refuse to refund your items if the tags have been removed or tampered with.
    • Customer is responsible for sending back the garments to the address provided with the return form and order number.
    • Exchanges will be given in the form of store credit for the price of the items purchased to place a new order online.
    • Exchanges are processed within 3 business days after item is received and checked.
    • A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded.
