How long for my order to ship?

  • Orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.
  • Pre-order products ship within 30-45 business days.
  • We do not ship any orders on Sundays or holidays

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, but we are not liable for customs clearance fees and holding times of packages by customs in your country.

  • Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing orders and Confirmation
  • SALE PERIODS - PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS PROCESS DUE TO HIGH VOLUMES.
  • We are not liable for any wrong information given to us when shipping information is collected at check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Does FB Label accepts returns and exchanges?

Please read the description and measurements carefully BEFORE purchasing as we do not provide cash refunds, only exchanges!
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON PRE-ORDERS. 
  • CUSTOMER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING.
  • EXCHANGES MAY TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS.  
Frann wants all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we’re here to help you get your order correct!
    • Items must leave customer’s hands within 14 days of receiving to action for exchange.
    • Items purchased under pre-order, marked as "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for exchange.
    • Only Full priced items are eligible for exchange.
    • We do not reimburse for exchange shipping.
    • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging including FBL tags, and garment bag. We can legally refuse to refund your items if the tags have been removed or tampered with.
    • Customer is responsible for sending back the garments to the address provided with the return form and order number.
    • Exchanges will be given in the form of store credit for the price of the items purchased to place a new order online.
    • Exchanges are processed within 3 business days after item is received.
    • A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded.
