  • Most orders ship within 3-9 business days of purchase.
  • Shoes orders ship within 10-12 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays
  • WE NO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESS'S.
PLEASE NOTE: Our garments are printed on demand in the U.S and our shoes are custom handmade by a certified master Italian craftsman in Italy.

  • Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/Confirmation of order shipment.
SALE PERIODS- PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED DUE TO HIGH ORDER VOLUMES.
We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is collected at check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing order.
 
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Does FBL accepts returns and exchanges?
Yes, but only exchanges. Please read the description and measurements carefully BEFORE purchasing, as we do not accept returns
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE. EXCHANGES TAKE 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES (RETURNS AND BACK TO THE CUSTOMER)
ONE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE
All orders are provided with a return form.
FBL wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we’re here to help you get your order correct.
 
NOTICE
    • Items must leave customer’s hands within 7 days of receiving to action for exchange.
    • Items marked as "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for exchange. No Exceptions.
    • Full priced items are only eligible for exchange.
    • We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
    • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached, FBL tags, and garment bag. We can legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or tampered with.
    • Customer is responsible to send back the garments to the address provided with the returns form filled out in FULL with order number.
    • Exchanges will be given store credits for the price of the garment to repurchase your correct items by placing a new order online.
    • Returns & exchanges are processed within 2 business days after item is received and checked.
    • A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.
    • Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.

FB LABEL values all our customers and followers on social media.
We are always open minded to working with models, photographers and companies who we believe share a similar style and out look as our product.
Our company does not look for 'promotors' on Instagram asking for 'free product' to post photos of. Nor do we look to do 'paid' promotions on Instagram.
